Sean Patrick and James Raquel were tasked with producing a launch party for Brand Black. Founded by Paris-born designer David Rayse who grew up in NYC and then relocated to SoCal, the event needed to reflect his fashion-forward vision for the brand.

The event was held at the historic Mack Sennett Studio and welcomed attendees including all of the Clipper's starters Jamal Crawford, Chris Paul and Blake Griffin. Kendrick Lamar, Pooch Hall, Holly Robinson and Rodney Peete were also attendees. Music was provided by Doja Cat and deejays Mess Kid, Morri$, Rashida (Prince) & Jules Gayton. Legendary streetball players Michael Bobby, Ivan Lattimore and Taron Williams also put on a little hoops exhibition with some other players.
